Question: When will my order ship?
Answer: All online orders will ship within 1-2 business days. We are still a growing company and hope to one day have same-day shipping.
Question: Why hasn't my order arrived?
Answer: There may be various reasons why you haven't received your order yet.
- Packages shipping to the U.S. are subject to inspection at Customs which is out of our control. We do attach all the appropriate customs paperwork to make sure your package moves through customs as fast as possible.
- Sometimes local weather could affect shipping times.
- If you are ordering during one of our larger sales, orders may be processed up to 5 business days due to higher volumes.
Question: Can I order online and pick it up in person?
Answer: Yes. You can place your order online and pick it up at our retail location
Question: Will my shipment have any additional charges when it arrives?
Answer: Depending on your location, yes possibly. Taxes, Duties, and customs charges may be applied to your package as it arrives in the country of destination. This amount is not controlled by us, but since we properly declare the package, it may acquire an extra charge along the way.
Question: I received my shipping confirmation and noticed that I entered the wrong address, what do I do now?
Answer: If you have received a shipping notification, then the package has already left our warehouse and the address details can't be changed. At this point, you can contact Info@JeffMackSupply.com to sort out the matter.
Question: Can you send me a tracking number?
Answer: Yes, you will be provided a tracking number if you include a valid email in the shipping info.
