    Lacks directions

Product is acceptable but packaging lacks directions in respect to working time, and finishing guidelines.

Hi Matt, I'm sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with the Ecopoxy UVpoxy. The packaging does in fact have the working time amongst other valuable information that relates to using the product. In terms of a finishing guide, the UVpoxy can be used for multiple different applications so it is tough to include all ways to finish it since everyones situation will vary depending on what different tools and finishing options they have access to. I'd be more than happy to help you out and answer any questions you have via phone call or email. Talk soon, Jeff Mack
