Live Edge DIY Spalted Maple Slabs

These live edge Spalted Maple slabs have been kiln dried, flattened and sanded to 80 grit. These slabs are DIY friendly and some boards will require epoxy to fill a void or a crack. Some boards will require extra sanding and attention.

All slabs are planed to 80% to maintain maximum thickness. Some rough area's may require a bit more sanding. One side of the slab is always planed 100%

We recommend Walrus Oil- Cutting Board Oil for these boards.

 

The pictures are not the exact slabs that you will receive but they do represent an example of what you can expect to receive. 

We've personally gone through all the slabs to ensure that everything being shipped is up to our standards.
