Recommended Board Size

Basic Mounting Instructions
- Drill a 1/4" hole into the end of your board. The hole should be centred in the thickness of the board and start approximately 1/2" in from the edge.
- From the top of the board, cut a slot approximately 3" in from the same edge. The slot should be approximately 1/8" wide and 1/2" deep, or just deep enough to expose the drilled hole.
- Insert the wire and hardware into the hole and slot.
- Mount the handle assembly and check that the wire lines up cleanly with the slot.
- Make any final adjustments, then finish and use your custom cheese slicer board.
