I bought these to attach metal A Frame legs to a butcher block table top. I watched a number of reviews for various threaded inserts and screws. The Rampa brand seemed to be the best quality and easiest to use. They were in fact easy to install and the way they’re made allows them to thread into the wood perfectly straight. I installed six on each leg and the M6 mushroom head screws (about 1” long) worked perfectly to tighten the legs securely to the table. The inserts and screws allow me to disassemble the table for moving. I feel they are the best in the industry and highly recommend them.

Getting screwed never felt so good

Great product. Perfect for the installation of legs on any type of wood tables, chairs or benches. Has there been any thought put into screws that are double ended so that one screws into the table and if I want to use wooden legs I can then screw them on? No visible attachment.
