How we Operate
- We are open to the public!.
You can also shop online 24/7 and and have your product shipped or select Curb Side Pickup at checkout. - Our Curb-side time slots are between 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. If you need to pick up from our location outside of these time slots please call the office (416 900 9225) and we will do our best to accommodate
- Our retail space has a selection of live edge slabs, resin/epoxy, wood finishes, HDPE forms, sand paper, Acrylic router templates and MORE!
- If you are having your order shipped, it will be processed for shipping in 1 - 3 business days
Our storefront and only location is in Canada (Southern Ontario). If you are located in a different Country please be aware the following:
- Packages shipping to the U.S. or anywhere else OUTSIDE Canada are subject to inspection at Customs which is out of our control.
We do attach all the appropriate customs paperwork to make sure your package moves through customs as fast as possible. - Sometimes local weather could affect shipping times.
- Depending on your location, Taxes, Duties, and customs charges may be applied to your package as it
arrives in the country of destination.
This amount is not controlled by us, but since we properly declare the package, it may acquire an extra charge along the way.
If the package is rejected upon delivery due to accumulated duties and taxes to your destination, you will not be eligible for a refund.
