Live Edge 24" DIY River Kits for Charcuterie Board and Small Projects

These live edge slabs have been kiln dried, flattened, debarked, cut square on one edge and sanded to 80 grit. These slabs are very DIY friendly and can be used as a set to create a river art piece, charcuterie board, End Tables or used individually. These DIY Kits may require some cutting depending on intended use and on the size of form they are being put into.  Some boards may feature voids, knots, or splits requiring extra attention.

Forms shot in the photos are NOT sold with these wood river sets. We highly recommend using one of our Reusable Forms for these river sets. Check them out here.

All slabs are planed to 80% to maintain maximum thickness. Some rough area's may require a bit more sanding. One side of the slab is always planed 100%

Charcuterie Stock

How much Epoxy will you need for a Charcuterie (3/4"-1" thick) River?
2" river @ 24" long needs .786 L of Ecopoxy FlowCast.
3" river @ 24" long needs 1.18 L of Ecopoxy FlowCast.
4" river @ 24" long needs 1.57 L of Ecopoxy FlowCast.
5" river @ 24" long needs 2 L of Ecopoxy FlowCast.

We recommend Walrus Oil- Cutting Board Oil or Rubio Monocoat Pure 2C Oil for to finish charcuterie boards.
When our charcuterie river sets are paired together, you should be able to make a river piece approximately 6"-16" wide depending on how much epoxy you use.

The pictures are not the exact slabs that you will receive but they do represent an example of what you can expect to receive.

We've personally gone through all the slabs to ensure that everything being shipped is up to our standards.

Wood was great. But it looks like the mold comes with it in the picture. Very deceiving!
