We recommend only taking of 1/16" - 1/8" material at a time. Do not apply too much pressure or the bit may snap.
What we use it for:
We use this router bit for Flush trimming our Full Board Templates, Handle Templates, Wine Caddy Templates and Layout Templates. We also use these for doing the outside Profile of our Tray + Dish Templates
*NOTE* There are no warranty on this bit. Avoid adding too much force which will apply pressure on bearing and lock ring. Reduce speed to 30 - 50 RPM.
