Metallic Colour Pigments are special effect pigments composed of mica nano-particles coated with various organic and inorganic pigments to create pearlescent and iridescent effects that mimic the natural look of stone and rock formations.

They can be added to any clear base to create an incredible color or these pigments turn to a pastel color if added to a white or grey base.

I’m trying this resin for the first time and the pigment

Trying this resin out for me is a learning curve, i’m trying it out on my artwork and I’m liking it I’ll show you the results when I’m done I have a question about the resin I’m one of my artworks I put it in it ended up dropping about 1 to 2/16 of an inch I don’t know if evaporates or what or did the wood just soaked it up but I like that violet I like the color I got out of it and the sparkles in it and I have to sand it down, so what dose that do to the resin, will It shine after I polish it, it’s a little doll now that I’m sanding it OK thanks Jeff get back to me when you can, oh yeah I didn’t really get any directions for the stuff, so I mix that pigment in small amounts, I don’t think it takes that much though right ? Ok get back to me
